- Area
- Richmond, near Blundell Road and No. 5 Road
- When
- 2026
- Surfaces
- Fence and matching wall colour
What we found
The fence had never been painted or stained. Bare wood takes a first coat differently from a fence that has been coated before.
How the work was done
- The owner looked at a number of colours and chose one for both the walls and the fence.
- Because the wood had never been coated, solid stain was the right product rather than paint.
- Two sprayed coats of solid stain.
How it turned out
The result held up well and the owner was happy with it.
