Mayda Painting provides stucco installation services. New or renewed finishes need a defined substrate, design requirements, installation area and interfaces with neighbouring components. Final colour is only one part of that scope.
Planning the scope
Share drawings, elevations, dimensions and information about the existing system. Confirm preparation, proposed finish system, interface details, texture samples and coating work. Design and inspection requirements should be identified by the responsible project professionals.
Is installation the same as a local repair?
They are related but have different scopes. Installation focuses on the proposed system and handover; repair starts with the existing issue and the area being restored.
