Planning the scope
Share drawings, areas, ceiling heights, finishes, the target handover date and current site progress. Confirm substrate readiness, primer and topcoats, trim work and later touch-ups separately. Agree on colours and sheens by space before application.
Are later touch-ups caused by other trades included?
Define return visits and touch-up responsibilities in the estimate. Later damage is not automatically part of the original painting scope.
