Drywall Installation
Mayda Painting provides drywall installation. For new spaces, alterations or replacement areas, start with the location, dimensions and required finished condition. Board installation, joint treatment, surface finishing and painting should be identified separately.
Planning the scope
Provide drawings or measurements, photos, ceiling heights and the progress of other trades. Board type and wall-system requirements should follow the actual project specifications. Confirm the finish stage included and whether priming and painting are part of the estimate.
Does installation automatically include painting?
No. Clarify responsibility for boards, joints, finishing, primer and topcoats, and compare estimates against the same handover condition.
